Investors and operators of commercial recreation and event center uses for the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds District
On June 21, 2016, the County Board of Supervisors approved for release a Request for Qualifications and Expressions of Interest (RFQ). The County encourages all interested parties to review the RFQ and thoroughly understand the goal and the process by which the County will attempt to plan for the future of the Fairgrounds. The goal is to transform the Fairgrounds into a vibrant regional community gathering place with recreational opportunities for residents and visitors.
