Request for Proposals and Financial Plans
On December 13, 2016, the County Board of Supervisors approved a Request for Proposals and Financial Plans (RFP) for proposed uses for the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds, which is available to review and/or download. The County encourages all interested parties to review the RFP and thoroughly understand the goal and the process by which the County will attempt to plan for the future of the Fairgrounds. The goal is to transform the Fairgrounds into a vibrant regional community gathering place with recreational opportunities for residents and visitors. Interested parties should complete Attachment 1 in the RFP as soon as possible (ASAP), so as to be kept informed of events and changes as they occur. The deadline for responses to the RFP is March 30, 2017 at 9:00 AM.
